Your first 3-5 days you’ll work one on one with all of your GTS Coaching Staff! We want to get to know as much as we can about you, and vice versa.
This is Personal Training at it’s best!
It’s education and technique driven so you can build your independence in the gym.
You’ll learn all the secrets of our training system and walk away feeling a renewed sense of confidence and energy in the gym.

With remote access to your program and our 24 hour lock and key facility you’ll also have the freedom of training whenever it’s most convenient for you!
During Coaching Hours, take advantage of your coaching staff for program changes, technique work, spotting, and nutrition questions. Use your teammates for an extra set of eyes, accountability and motivation!
Customized Program Design.
While we work in a team environment, each athlete is on their own unique program. Your coaching staff will provide you with exact numbers and objectives for each training session.
Work with your coach to make modifications on the fly. Training sessions can be short and frequent, or longer and spaced out.
With your new found strength and confidence in the gym, you’ll now have the flexibility to schedule your workouts around your life, not the other way around!
Traveling?
No problem. Take video or pictures of what you have access to and your coaching staff will send you workouts to stay on track.

Powerlifting
Game Time Strength is home to many novice to elite level powerlifters. As you learn how to safely execute the Squat, Bench and Deadlift and build up your strength and confidence, you have the option of testing your maxes in a competition setting. Your coaching staff will be there every step of the way and make sure you are prepared for everything.
Competing is not just for the elite! We encourage everyone to see what they are made of. It helps in establishing objective strength and body weight goals, holds you accountable, and gives you a forum to legitimize your training.
GTS holds safe, friendly in-house competitions for members to test their maxes, and has competition teams that compete in federations such as USAPL and USPA.
