We build strong, capable humans.

We teach men and women how to move well, get strong, and feel confident in any gym so they’re never dependent on a single coach or facility.

We provide the plan, the standards, the accountability, and the feedback so you can train 2–6 hours per week with clarity and confidence.

Step 1: Get Me Started
1-on-1 Technique Clean Up

Our short-term, one-on-one onboarding process.

This is how we build a shared language, movement standards, and training context so future coaching is simpler, more effective, and more affordable.

This is for you if…

  • You want to learn how to lift correctly and confidently

  • You’re new to barbells or feel unsure about your technique

  • You’ve lifted before but want a reset, better standards, or cleaner movement

  • You want coaching that teaches skills you can use in any gym

This is not for you if…

  • You’re looking for randomized Crossfit style training

  • You want long-term coaching without an onboarding process

  • You’re not willing to slow down and learn proper movement standards

Step 2: Keep Me Going
Hybrid Coaching Model

Completed the Master Class?
Let’s develop a plan and put it into practice together!

Hybrid Coaching is where the long-term work happens.
We provide ongoing programming, feedback, and accountability so you can train 2–6 hours per week with confidence… whether you’re in one of our gyms or training on your own.

This is for you if…

  • You want ongoing progress with structure, feedback, and accountability

  • You have to train 2–6 hours per week and want your time used efficiently

  • You value coaching but don’t need someone “counting your reps” every session

  • You want programming that adapts to your schedule, stress, and recovery

This is not for you if…

  • You want randomized class based training

  • You’re looking for quick fixes or short-term motivation

  • You’re not willing to take ownership of your training process

Not sure where to start? We’ll help you choose the right path. Schedule a quick call!

Game Time Strength Coaching

Clear Guidance, Adaptable Programming, and Long-Term Support

Coaching at Game Time Strength is built around one goal:
helping people train consistently over long periods of time without overcomplicating the process.

Below are some of the most common questions people ask before getting started with coaching.

“How does the programming actually work?”

This is not a generic 8–12 week program that’s written once and handed off.

Every training plan at Game Time Strength includes a feedback loop.

Each workout is:
Reviewed by a coach
Adjusted based on how you actually trained
Progressed based on performance, recovery, and feedback

You can train:
In person and receive live corrections
Independently and submit written, audio, or video feedback
In a hybrid format depending on your schedule

Programming evolves as you do. Nothing is set and forgotten.

“What if I travel a lot or have an inconsistent schedule?”

That’s already built into our model.

Our programming is designed to be:
Flexible
Repeatable
Executable in different environments

Whether you’re traveling, planning to move, training at multiple gyms, or balancing an unpredictable schedule, the goal is to keep training consistent, not perfect.

Strength training doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective… it needs to be adaptable.

“Will coaching turn into something overly complicated or rigid?”

No. We actively avoid that.

Many coaches and facilities overcomplicate training in an effort to create perceived value. We do the opposite.

Our focus is on:
Proven movements
Clear standards
Simple progressions
Tools that work long term

The goal is not novelty.
The goal is repeatability.

What you learn here should still work five, ten, and twenty years from now.

“Will you be a bottleneck to my training?”

No, and that’s one of our core principles.

We meet people where they are.

Some members want:
Highly individualized programming
Frequent feedback and check-ins

Others prefer:
Collaborative programming
Accountability with flexibility

Some members:
Run their own programming
Submit work for professional feedback

Your coaching evolves with your needs. Our job is to support your training, not slow it down.

“Is this only about lifting heavy barbells?”

No.

While barbells are an important tool, they are not the only tool.

Our toolbox includes:
Barbells
Dumbbells
Machines
Cables
Bodyweight movements

The priority is movement quality first, not load.

We emphasize high standards for movement, muscle engagement, and control. Strength follows that foundation, which helps reduce injury risk and keeps people training longer.

“What if I associate strength training with powerlifting or always lifting heavy?”

That’s a common misconception.

Strength training doesn’t mean maxing out constantly. It means:
Moving well
Training intelligently
Listening to your body
Applying load appropriately over time

Many people are surprised by how sustainable and adaptable strength training becomes once the focus shifts from intensity to quality.

“How does pricing work for coaching?”

Coaching costs more than Open Gym because it includes:
Individual attention
Programming and progression
Technical feedback
Accountability and adaptation

However, by investing upfront through the Barbell MasterClass, we’re able to make ongoing coaching more efficient and accessible over time.

The goal is not to lock you into the highest level of support forever, it’s to give you the right level of support at the right time.

Who Coaching Is Best For

Coaching at Game Time Strength is a good fit for people who:
Want guidance and clarity
Value long-term consistency over short-term intensity
Travel or juggle unpredictable schedules
Want feedback without being micromanaged
Care about training intelligently and sustainably

If you’re unsure whether Coaching or Open Gym is the better starting point, we help you make that decision.
